FAQ
Province, city or route?
Should I open a province, a city or a route?
Open your city if it is on the list: it shows the companies near you and prices from there to the rest of Canada. Open the province if your town is not listed. Already know both ends of the trip? The route guide gives the price, transit time and best months for that pair.
Should I pick the city I am shipping from or to?
Start with the city you are shipping from. Getting the car picked up on time is the hardest part to schedule, and carriers based near you know the local roads and terminals. Then check the route guide for your trip.
My town is not on the list. What do I do?
Pick the nearest city on the list, or the province. City guides cover the 93 biggest cities, but carriers pick up in smaller towns too, usually for a small extra charge.
