Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. A verified listing with your services, provinces served, phone and email costs nothing and doesn't expire.
Will my company profile show up in Google?
Yes, on every plan. All approved profiles on the Canadian directory are open to Google, Bing and AI search assistants and included in our sitemap — Free included.
What do you check before listing a company?
A registered business, a National Safety Code (NSC) number or Ontario CVOR certificate, cargo insurance and real contact details. Brokers are listed as brokers. Paying never changes whether you pass.
Are Pro and Premium really free?
Yes, for 12 months from the day you choose one. There is no card to enter and nothing is charged. When the year ends, your listing moves back to the Free plan on its own; you only pay if you then choose a paid plan.
My company is already listed. How do I take it over?
Use "Claim your listing", find your company and verify that you work there. You can then edit your details and services.
